Bronze level vendors at the Head of the Connecticut Regatta will receive the following:

• Tent space along the main boardwalk.
• Vendor must supply their own tent; tent, table, and chair rentals available upon request. No permit or other fee required.
• General vendor area announcements over the PA system once every hour
• Listing and link on HCTR website
• Parking passes for two vehicles

Silver level vendors at the Head of the Connecticut Regatta will receive the following:

• Tent space along the main boardwalk at Harbor Park
• Two tables and four chairs included FREE
• Tent rentals available upon request for extra cost.
• Custom specific vendor announcements over the PA system once per hour (Vendor to supply announcement text)
• Premium listing and link on HCTR website
• Parking passes for two vehicles
• Mention on mailings and downloadable entry materials
• Signage: Vendor may place signage within Middletown Regatta area Tent space along the main boardwalk.

Gold level vendors at the Head of the Connecticut Regatta will receive the following:

• Tent/display space in the exclusive high-traffic area between Harbor Park restaurant and the Middletown boathouse.
• Electrical power availability.
• Two tables/four chairs available FREE upon request
• Tent rental available at extra cost
• Two vehicle parking passes included.
• Premium listing on HCTR website
• Mention on HCTR mailings and entry materials.
• Mention/logo on official Regatta schedule
• Vendor may supply printed materials to be included in entry packets distributed to all competitors
• Custom specific announcement over HCTR public address system a minimum of once per hour.
• Signage: Vendor may place signage within Regatta areas including both main and secondary launch sites
