2009 HCTR Registration Information

All registration for the 2009 Head of the Connecticut Regatta will be completed online.  Waivers may also be completed online at RowingWaivers.com, a service provided by our partner Ronin Racing.

Entry Fees

• $40 . . . . . Singles
• $55 . . . . . Doubles & Pairs
• $65 . . . . . Quads & Fours
• $95 . . . . . Eights

Late Entry Fees

• Regular registration deadline (no late fees apply): Tuesday, October 6, 2009
• $50 per entry late fees will apply after regular registration deadline.

Free Event!

For 2009, we are pleased to announce that Event 21, Mixed Eights (an open category) will be our “bonus fun event” available to all competitors. Crews may enter this event free of charge providing that the competitors have registered for at least one other event. We hope to make this event a fun, annual tradition. The event is open to all competitors, from High School through Masters, and competitors are encouraged to create their own mixed-and-matched lineups!

Team Entry Fees

In response to past requests, there will be an entry fee limit of $850 per team. All entries to be considered under the team entry fee limit must be registered to a single affiliated organization and include all events excluding those designated as “Masters”.

The intent of the team entry fee limit is to ease the financial burden on large teams and to enable them to enjoy a full day of competition without worry about additional entry fee costs.
