Any and all crews will be allowed to setup tents, tables, and
other areas in Middletown’s Harbor Park on a first-come, first-served
basis. Areas cannot be reserved for any specific crews or
organizations, and each organization shall be limited to a space not to
exceed 20’ x 10’.

Crews may setup on the grass in the area to the South of the
Wesleyan boathouse

Use of public address or loudspeaker equipment that can be
heard on the water or use of portable megaphones by non-Regatta
personnel is prohibited
-
Crews are prohibited from setting up tables, tents, etc. in
any area from the southern edge of the Wesleyan boathouse to the
extreme northern end of the paved parking area north of Harbor Park
restaurant

Crews may not setup in any area designated for vendors along
the boardwalk; crews may setup in the area along the highway berm
provided they do not interfere with designated vendor areas.

Crews may setup in any reasonable area north of the last
designated vendor space, but must remain at least 20 feet from the
nearest vendor

Any individuals using cooking devices such as camp stove or
grill must adhere to the following guidelines:

All cooking devices must be used in open space not under cover
including a tent, gazebo, or low-hanging tree

Flame must be safely contained within the cooking device

All devices must be operated only by persons age 18 or older
-
Should Regatta staff, Middletown Police, or the Middletown
Fire Marshall determine any device to be unsafe or to be used in
an unsafe manner, the condition must be immediately corrected or
use of the device immediately discontinued and the device
removed from City property.

All crews shall properly police the area which they occupy and
deposit all trash in appropriate refuse receptacles.
